As part of an ongoing effort to provide a more streamlined user experience, a newly designed login screen will be introduced on the Cigna for Health Care Professionals portal (CignaforHCP.com) beginning September 27.
Although the look of the login screens has changed, your current username and password will still work as usual – no additional steps are required. To help guide you through the updated process, follow the instructions below and refer to the sample screens provided.
Login Instructions:
2. Enter your username, then click Next.
3. Enter your password then click Continue.
4. Next, you will be prompted to Verify your identity by entering either your email address or cell phone number (SMS).
Important note: When submitting requests for changes to portal access (e.g., email update, password reset, multi-factor authentication enrollment, or verification method), you will receive a notification from a new Cigna Healthcare® email address: noreply@universal.account.cigna.com. The email will include a hyperlink that will direct you to make your requested changes.
