The 2025 versions of the DHMO and DPPO documents will be available after 01/01/2025.
There are no adverse material changes to the determination guidelines for 2025.
However, multiple policies have been updated with various coverage clarifications and edits. These updates include any CDT 2025 updates.
Updates will include the following:

- Additional clarification of existing requirements added to policy OS-01.
- Grammatical edit to policy OS-11.
- Additional clarification of existing requirements added to policy OS-14.
- Added additional procedure code to policy OR-01.
- Additional clarification of existing requirements was added to policies ADJ-01 and ADJ-02.
- DPPO
- Additional clarification of existing requirements added to policy REST-07.
- Additional clarification of existing requirements added to policy PERIO-18.
- Grammatical edit to policy OS-03.
- Additional clarification of existing requirements added to policy OS-04.
- Added additional procedure code to policy OR-01.
- Additional clarification of existing requirements was added to policies ADJ-01 and ADJ-02.
