As a contracted Cigna Dental DHMO network provider, you can trust that Cigna Dental is committed to ensuring you receive payment for treating an enrolled DHMO member.
We will not deny a claim for covered services if the member has active DHMO coverage.
If a member is enrolled in the DHMO plan at the time you provide a service but hasn’t preselected your office (i.e., doesn’t appear on your monthly roster), rest assured that once you submit your claim, we will automatically assign the member to your office and process your claim. No action is required from you.
Remember to verify coverage and benefits before each member’s visit to ensure they are actively enrolled in the DHMO. You can do that by checking www.CignaforHCP.com or by calling 800.Cigna24 (800.244.6224).
